Look what I woke up to this morning.
I would much rather have a hole in the deck than a hole in the roof.
Fortunately, it missed the new (to us) pedal car.
And it missed the grill, which is under the roof line, just to give you an idea of how close it was to the house.
The really strange part is that, apparently, it didn't wake any of us when it fell.

Yargh! That's scary. I don't know how you didn't hear it though, girlfriend. Last time a big ole branch crashed down near our house, it sounded like... well, a crash. I was trying to think of a clever analogy, but it's 2am. Glad it was only a deck board!
